Testimonials

I have known Bharathi for almost a year now. I happened to listen to her talk at HCI. At that time I was having some issues with my stomach and allopathy has given me little relief (as they often treat localized symptoms and a systemic/holistic approach is
altogether missing). I am a scientist myself, so I can tell this with some confidence. I consulted  Bharathi Ji and we had a thorough discussion of my present and past health issues, and she came with an excellent plan not only to treat my gut acidity issue but
also necessary changes in my diet and herbs to relieve stress. She also recommended some yoga practices which were helpful. This was an excellent example of a complete holistic health approach, this is what makes ayurveda a powerful and complete healthcare system. Regime worked very well and since then my issues have been resolved to a great extent. I am now on minimal dietary restriction and herbal medicine. Bharathi Ji is a great person, and she has been practicing both Ayurveda and Yoga. We have become good friends since then, and she is easily approachable if you have any concerns or questions via mobile phone.
